Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry Vision:

To encourage women in their walk with the Lord.
To uphold each other in prayer.
To develop Christian friendships.

Generally, the ladies meet for breakfast at the church on the second Saturday of each month. Occasionally we switch things up and meet in the middle of the week for dinner or lunch at a local restaurant. Whatever the location or date, we would love to have you join us as we draw closer to the Lord and each other.

Ladies Ministry

I grew up in Wisconsin and came to Ohio to attend Ohio Northern University. That’s where I earned my teaching degree. It’s also where I met my husband. After settling in the Akron area, we had two sons. We have been members of SFC for about 25 years.

The Lord has given me the gift of teaching which I am using for His service in the Women’s Ministry. I am grateful for God’s leading and covet His continued guidance.
